4 servings
Ingredients
For the chicken
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced into thin strips
3fl oz Statesmen 30 Minute Marinade Teriyaki
1 tablespoon toasted Sesame oil (for cooking)
For the Stir-Fry
2 cups mixed vegetables (like bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas, and carrots)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated (optional)
Cooked rice or noodles (for serving)
Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Marinate the chiken
1. In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken with the Statesmen 30 Minute Marinade Teriyaki.
2. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the fridge for enhanced flavor).
Prepare the Stir-Fry
1. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the marinated chicken to the pan, cooking for about 5-7 minutes until it’s cooked through and lightly browned. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
Cook the vegetables
In the same skillet, add the mixed vegetables, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Combine
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet with the vegetables. Pour any remaining marinade over the mixture and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing everything to heat through and the flavors to meld.
Serve
1. Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice or noodles.
2. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
Enjoy! This Teriyaki Chicken Stir-Fry is quick, flavorful, and perfect for a busy weeknight dinner!
